Once again this year, following a moment of silence, I listened to the heartfelt words of the people of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
To those in positions of power: Why not bring all your wisdom and capability to bear in finding a shared solution for us all as earthlings?
It is difficult to set aside race, religion, ideology, belief, or one’s own sense of what is right.
Yet, ultimately, it is a matter of the attitude we take toward our differences.
Shall we work to resolve the challenges facing humanity through dialogue?
